Pros
It holds a lot of soiled clothes and is lightweight. When you put wet clothes in there it’s breathable so they can dry out and easy to clean. It is sturdy and well-made.
The brown hamper fits in the only small spot i have for one. I like the color and the look of wicker but it's a hard plastic. Wish it was a little larger but sturdy replacement for large old wicker hamper.
It's great that the hamper is taller than it is wide. Fits nicely in the corner of my bedroom. The size is tall, so it holds a lot but doesn't take up too much room. It is compact and looks nice.
Lid comes up smoothly and it’s easy to clean if dirty. Has holes all the way around, for ventilation, and a handy lid. Love the side lifting lid for my needs.
Cons
Overly priced for this flimsy thing. Not sure if the lack of attachment points on back make it defective. Do not recommend based on lack of quality control and zero customer service assist.
It opens from the side once you attach the lid. There are attachment points on the lid to open from the back but they failed to put them on the back of the basket rendering it useless for me.

I had a fabric hamper before this one and it would start smelling so bad.
This hamper looks like it will last a long while without the damage the wicker basket suffered!
Price
This basket was worth the amount paid and it hold just the right enough clothes for a family of 4.
Its look alone makes it look as if it should cost more money.

Packaging/appearance
The hamper comes up to my hip but the box it came in was 8 inches taller.
One would think they would of put bubble wrap for the larger space between the top of the box and the hamper and they didn’t.
Competitiveness
I’ve looked at many other hampers online but this one is my best choice.
