Granny loves it, helped her leg heal. It's soft, so i can use it comfortably even without shoes.
Cons
The item straps are not well attached and ripe off immediately. Really disappointed, it's way too small! Disappointed in the quality.

Update after several months of use this was removed from the floor when i moved my chair

The fabric cover black had actually left darkened stains on the carpet underneath that did not come up with vacuuming

I cut the straps off and use it behind my back but it is not as i said the straps are not long enough
