Pros

The mask comes in a zip bag, like a zip loc. Totally dark, foam is quite thick, so it works well.

Perfect for meditation and shamanic journeying. Answers coming easier, peace, calmness & serenity.

Cons

Mask is of cheap material, even itchy. The faceplate material is hard plastic with sharp edges. The sides of the cushion sit on the edges of my eyes.

The bucky mask is not comfortable. The adjustable strap is the cheapest and roughest materials. The sizing is awkward and the stiff plastic on the front prohibits you from side sleeping.

The foam around the nose is tight enough to pinch off breathing through the nose, making it useless as a sleep or meditation tool. If one wears the mask extremely tightly, this reduces but does not eliminate the leakage.

The mask is perfectly comfortable and the velcro straps hold it securely in place.

I used mindfold for years working nightshift and sleeping during the day…now i can’t sleep without it even though i’m retired…

The eyes are completely free, you won't be grazing eyelashes against the material of it.

But it is still worth the cost for me.

And i think of the money people spend on blackout curtains.
