Sound quality is good and very effective.
I can definitely say that it has directly impacted the quality of patient care i'm able to deliver in the hospital!
As for the product itself, it gets the job done but feels very cheap.

Kudos to the people at mindplace for such an astounding tool.
I tried to build my own many years ago, but being new to electronics, the time and effort i saved made this well worth the price.
While the market has filled up with competitors mindplace remains the innovator they've always been.
On contacting mindplace via email, i got an immediate response, and a quick turnaround on reasonably-priced repair.
