Pros
This stuff stays on all day and applies beautifully. It really is a long lasting. It goes on smoothly and looks great when it's on.
When it dries it just looks like a faded black but it compliments my eyes. It goes on smooth and the ebony goes on nice and bold.
Cons
The felt tip is not precise and you have to dip it several times just to apply one line to your eyelid. It dries so quickly that it is very difficult to draw a fine, even line, at least for me. This eyeliner is ok, but certainly not the best.
Texture is rubbery and gets flaky. The applicator is not very good at all. Very runny and hard to put on.

Updateso this is my second attempt at using mineral fusion liner because my old elf brand was causing my eyelids to itch and im pretty sure i even have more floaters in my eyes because of it

It’s hard to see from the picture but this is a “marker” eyeliner meaning the tip is like a pointer spongy marker
