Pros
Shampoo and conditioner gives my hair bounce. Also gives some shine to my hair.
Great shampoo for oily hair. Sulfate free, but cleans my hair well. Natural moisturizer maintains my curls.
A little shampoo goes along way; lots of lather and rinses easily. No sulfates, alcohol, or strong artificial fragrance. It has a nice lather. It's also ewg approved.
I love that it’s cruelty free and helps control the flakiness of dandruff. Does not have the icky smell of many d andruff shampoos.

Price
I was sad when my whole foods stopped carrying it, but the price is usually better at amazon or from the maker whrn they have email sales.
Competitiveness
I had previously been using redkin dandruff shampoo but then they stopped making that particular product.
