Pros

My hair is the softest it has ever been. I use this (and the conditioner) for 2 weeks after getting my hair colored. It makes my hair shiny and really manageable.

I'm glad it's part of the subscribe and save program. It's difficult to find in stores and always seems to out of stock locally.

It smells clean and not particularly flowery, to me. No over-powering fragrance.

Styles easily and feels good. Lathers well and leaves my hair silky and soft. Consistency is much thicker though! Softer and less hoarse feeling.

I have frizzy curly/wavy hair. It gets a little puffy on humid days, but not frizzy. It also retains the curls way better after showering without much frizz.

Cons

It took twice the shampoo and the conditioner would not rinse out well. My scalp is itchy!
