The photo included of the cable hanging from my finger shows how the snowkids braided cable is similarly stiff to the original regular black plastic coated cable that came with my monitor

Usually dp cables can be but on my system hot swapping monitor cables no matter what brand or type causes problems

Works better than both the mini dp to hdmi not 4k capable bought local and mini dp to dp did 4k at 30hz bought local adapters that i tried
