Imac thunderbolt (male) on one end to vga (male) or hdmi (female) on the other end. Dual-monitor setup makes tasks like grading papers so much easier. Just plug it in and go.
Cons
This product seems to be defective from manufacturing, since it never worked properly. Not worth it.
