Pros

It works great. Very helpful, inexpensive purchase. Highly recommend this brand.

It inflates easily. Inflates easily with the pump provided. It is easy to deflate and travel with. Having a pump to inflate the ball as well as a straw for inflating is a useful feature not offered in most other small exercise balls.

It's incredibly comfortable, and i even enjoy just admiring it. I'm in physical therapy for my knee and my therapist recommended a pilates ball similar to what we use at the facility.

Cons

This one is useless for inflating the ball. When you remove the straw, air comes out fast before you can insert the plug. The pump to inflate is not a good system as the air will come out and the ball deflates a significant amount.

It’s usable for today but even at this low price the quality is unacceptable. Feels extremely thin and cheap. Invest a little more for a good quality one.

I did order a cheaper (amazon) ball but it was way smaller with no pump.

You have to be quick to cap it once filled with air but it'll be worth it.
