Bought it for my boyfriend for christmas so he could have a portable pc to use with the tv.

Cost is only about 25% more than equivalent raspberry pi kit and includes windows 10 pro.
Competitiveness
Maybe not a high-end gamer pc, but that is just a specific use case.
Good performance and smaller and cheaper than a intel nuc.
