Pill pendant fits 5 zyrtecs and doesn't weigh down my key chain either. The presentation of the necklace is really nice and discreet. The pendant feels very solid and i do not think it would be possible to crush it without intent.

Also i cant verify it is actually titanium but i do know that it has two little scratches on the bottom that was super easy to make
