Update 2 urant has tried to make this right so i am changing my review to 3 stars from 1 star

For example can it fail so that it stays on all the time and the mean time to failure

Update i bought two of these and they both failed within 6 weeks

For other applications failing off could be a serious problem especially if controlled remotely
