I hate those twopiece lids which you need two hands to operate and you have to pry off the inner lid if you need a larger amount of spice

Slight drawbacks1 the lids could use a marking or design on the side with the sprinkle holes so you dont accidentally open the wrong side and dump out too much spice2 the tabs fit so tightly that its hard to flip them up with a thumb so i often end up needing two hands anyway3 most premade spice labels will have to be cut to fit on the lids if you want to be able to open the tabs
