I love this very efficient product and the best thing is that it is silent and covers my entire room thank you.

Very sleek and modern design as well.

Within 30 minutes set to turbo and 66 degrees it had dropped to 67 degrees.

Fed ex has a flaw in their delivery software and reports a false delivery attempt, very misleading.

Price

For the price and customer service experience i’d say these are worth every penny.

Packaging/appearance

The problem was fedex box was ok but the exterior unit had a dent.

The boxes were damaged when they arrived and the inside a/c part of the mini-split was broken.

Competitiveness

In the last 3 years i have purchased 9 different mini splits ranging from della, mr cool, costway, and 4 of the anti fir brand.

For the price, they seem to have the exact same components as the more expensive della brand.
