    The seller didnt include the ptfe tape in the picture when i placed my order but sent a roll right away when i inquired about it

    Some customers are probably having problems not getting the valve to shut off completely because they dont know how to install it

    The secret people are tightening the valve so tight that it compresses the seat on the ball valve inside which makes it so you cant physically turn off the valve all the way
