Pros & Cons
Cons
Quality all around is much less than moleskin. It’s like a regular printer paper and not thick enough for a ballpoint pen. New one feels cheap and tacky, like something you can get in the dollar store.

They also don’t feel to be as good quality as they were before either.
Flipping through the pages, i am not seeing the issue others are having with the dots lining up across the page spread.

Competitiveness
I've also bought their yellow 100gsm notebooks (i only see them on their company website now), which are great too and a little cheaper.
I journal daily and wanted to try a new brand.
I wanted a notebook that was not too heavy, as i found the ones with 160gsm paperweight were.
I am a huge pen snob and almost solely use papermate flairs.
