Well built, shipped quickly, surprisingly well equipped for adding a 2. Footprint. It is super fast, quiet and so compact.

Everything works out of the box on linux. Adding a usb sound headphone works. With the external antenna it works fine.

Great for home computing/theatre pc and light gaming. Great form, can be mounted to back of monitor. Great for normal web surfing and 4k content.

Cons

Blue tooth drops, wifi drops, the system freezes. The most important issue is that it crashes, and often.

Going back to standard hd (not ssd), and better support. I am about ready to pull all of the hardware apart and get the soldering iron out.

However, this only added $20 to the very reasonable cost of an otherwise good mini computer.

Shipping

Came promptly, and was easy to set up and get going.

Came wit windows 10 and upgraded easily & free to windows 11.

I didn't want windows 11, but that's show it came shipped.

I originally purchased this via their web store but their wait time was about a month.

Packaging/appearance

The b550 was packaged well and came with a case for storage of when traveling.

Competitiveness

Which brings me to amd and their drivers being an issue.

I would strongly suggest to anyone purchasing this unit to immediately replace the ssd with a more reliable brand.

For users who are rely on better online and human customer service from dell and hp, this is not the computer to get.

Compared to the hx90(5900hx) with a similar spec, i don't notice any performance difference.
