Pros

Usb4v1 offers 40gbps transfers and can accept tb4 and tb3 egpu's. The delete key gets you into the bios. Gb ssd is very quick so computer boots very quickly and stays quick and responsive supported by the 16gb ram.

I play witcher 3, dark souls 3 and assassins creed odyssey at 45-60 fps with no hiccups or frame drops at all. Basic video editing is fine on it, although it struggles once you start getting to rendering 30+ min at 4k.

Great for home computing/theatre pc and light gaming. It's great for normal web surfing and 4k content.

Quite noisy at start up, but settles down to running quietly almost immediately. Slight fan noise but small form factor is easy to tuck away if that bothers you. Nothing to distract from the overall great quality of this remarkable unit.

Despite its small form factor, it delivers impressive performance. It's perfect for browsing, streaming, and general productivity. In most cases it is way more portable and convenient than a laptop.

Cons

Basic build - after login via admin acct. Never seen this prob, in over 25 yrs building pcs. I am about ready to pull all of the hardware apart and get the soldering iron out.

The pc is unstable and crashes often. It crashes for lightroom and photoshop as well as capture one. You have to rely on the main pcie ssd only.

Overall i am pleased with the value and performance of the device.

I originally purchased this via their web store but their wait time was about a month.

Customer service was very kind and cancelled my order right away.

I shipped the unit back to them and when they got it, they sent me a replacement.

Although i had to pay to ship it back, they sent me one with more storage so i can't really complain.

Competitiveness

Which brings me to amd and their drivers being an issue.

For users who are rely on better online and human customer service from dell and hp, this is not the computer to get.

All ram + nvme that was pre-installed were kingston brand, no 3rd party no-names.
