Pros

The minis forum pc runs windows 11. It has 16gb of ram and a 2. Tb of storage on two 2 tb drives. Gb ssd is very quick so computer boots very quickly and stays quick and responsive supported by the 16gb ram. Switching out the ssd would not be easy.

Connector works with the external antenna it works fine. The ports all seem to work well. Adding a usb sound headphone works.

Quite noisy at start up, but settles down to running quietly almost immediately. Slight fan noise but small form factor is easy to tuck away if that bothers you. Nothing to distract from the overall great quality of this remarkable unit.

Cons

The most important issue is that it crashes, and often. The system event log is filled with pci express errors.

It was super easy to setup, runs almost silent, lots of memory, cpu, and for an integrated graphics card, can do some decent gaming.

Overall i am pleased with the value and performance of the device.

2 nvme ssd (which are fairly inexpensive).

It is a nice little system at a good price!

Shipping

I originally purchased this via their web store but their wait time was about a month.

Customer service was very kind and cancelled my order right away.

I shipped the unit back to them and when they got it, they sent me a replacement.

Although i had to pay to ship it back, they sent me one with more storage so i can't really complain.

Competitiveness

Which brings me to amd and their drivers being an issue.

For users who are rely on better online and human customer service from dell and hp, this is not the computer to get.

All ram + nvme that was pre-installed were kingston brand, no 3rd party no-names.
