Pros
Charger has 3 ports - one for each of the usb-c and usb-a ports. Charges all my devices including my laptop. Charging time is fast, altough it can get a bit hot when using all three ports. Perfect for a apple watch, ipad and cell phone all at once.
The travel adapter heads slide on smoothly and taut as well. Comes with a tiny pouch for travel heads.
Blown away by the quality and ease of use. I am truly impressed with the charger and the company. This thing rocks and worth every dollar.
Cons
It's really tiny, packs small but it may not always charge your devices. Tried all three ports, but only topping out at roughly 7.

The charger is so heavy that it keeps on falling from the wall outlet.
The eu plug adapter slides in and feels like it is integral part of the device; no loose contact points.
Price
The down side is that it on the heavy side, but i guess it's the price to pay for quality.

Their support was prompt, polite and helpful.
There was an issue upon delivery so i contacted the company.
I had a small issue with the charger, the customer service reached out and sent a replacement immediately.
Competitiveness
I travel a lot and the uk and euro plug adapters fit snugly with good contact.

Unfortunately my first unit began failing after about 5 weeks and by this point i wasnt able to get a refund on amazon

Now it fails the pd negotiations almost every time meaning when i plug a usb c device in it turns on and off rapidly sometimes for 5 minutes before finally charging the device
