The disconnect would only happen once every 15 min or so i would just unplug the device and plug it back in and it would immediately reconnect

And it either does it a few times every hour or it doesnt do it at all and only one device would disconnect not the whole hub

The hdmi port ethernet port and sd card slot were populated at the same time and neither ever disconnected

As the mac book pro is powered via usb c this port is meant to just power the laptop not for any data transferring

So while a mac book user does not care about this as they have 4 usb c or thunderbolt ports
