This happens because the light from the lcd panel has to pass through the glass of the screen and then through the plastic of the screen protector

Each material has a different index of refraction as the refractive index varies so does the angle at which light is deflected blue light will be deflected more than red light

For those who said the application process is hard you should try to install some screen protectors on devices like the s6s7 edge while wearing a woolly jumper to see how hard it can get

If they don’t you could try to use a hairdryer and gently push them towards the sides
