Pros

The paper is a nice quality and the backboard is nice and stiff to support writing on the pad! Love, love, love these tablets!

Not the usual dull, boringly bland colors. Brightens my day some instead of just yellow or white all the time. I prefer colored notepads because it helps distinguish between my coworkers if i happen to leave them lying around.
