It arrived with instructions and pictures they were pretty good but i had to figure out that to clip the two together you have to slide it not clip so hopefully this helps some one try to slide it

The bra clings onto skin by silicone and it feels like you’re wearing nothing

Good for dancing as long as you don’t sweat too much because sweating can cause the cups to loose some adherence around the edges but overall it still stayed in place

If i bend over to tie my shoe or pick stuff off the ground the adhesive comes loose to the point i need to firmly push them back on and hope they didnt move out of place too much

I think i should have purchased one where it doesnt try to be a pushup bra where it really emphasizes the breasts
