Not sure what you do if youre actually a d cup my guess is if youre bigger than a 36d this bra probably wont work for you

Most of the strapless bras dont hold the girls up all day or are visible but not this bra

The only issue i had was because i ordered a c cup which is my normal bra size but this was too big and did not fit well
