    I made the mistake of tossing the protective plastic pieces and i stuck the adhesive parts together folding the bra like a book big nono i totally ruined the bra and ripped the adhesion clean off

    The plastic lining it came with ripped so i used plastic wrap and it got stuck to the adhesion and couldn’t be removed again
