Pros
The pillow is soft yet sturdy enough to provide adequate support. It supports the neck and back of my 81-year-old mom. Very practical goods during my purchase.
This is a lot heavier than i expected! Arrived in vacuum package. Don't be shocked when you get it,looks like a 10lbs hamburger roll,but give it 24 hours and the pillow is ready to go!
The cover is soft and removable, although it looks like it would be challenging to get on & off since the zipper area is relatively small. We also love that the cover is removable and washable.
Cons
Directions say to leave it for 48 hours and it will fluff up. Says to left it out for 24 hrs.
The cover is actually a deep royal blue rather than the whimsical periwinkle that is advertised. The inside of the pillow (the ‘shredded foam’ filling) was all clumped together like rocks!

I was also wondering about the smell that some people mentioned but mine has absolutely no odor at all even right out of the box so maybe they changed the filling they used
