Nice bottle but the sleeve zipper came off the first time i closed it

At first i poured in hot water half way to let the tea settle in and pour in warm water to cool it off a little but as soon as i tilted the bottle it started leaking

I gave it two stars because its nice bottle and maybe the accident couldve been on my end but it still left a bad impression on me with everything that occur from morning accident to the end of work day with the zipper breaking on my first day of using it

Unfortunately the zipper on the sleeve has fallen off after less than a day of use

One caveat when you first fill with hot water take care not to tighten the caps too aggressively the heat seems to soften the plastic and the seal doesnt engage completely

However i was extremely upset when it leaked inside my backpack and got everything wet even though i capped everything tightly
