This comes needing assembled and doesn't stay together very well. It has a lip that the cat urine gets into and it creates a mess.

A little tricky to put together but it got easier with the second one i bought since i knew what to do.
This forces the little darlings to actually walk across the top instead of just jumping out on off the sides or back on exiting.
