Pros

I have 2 long haired cats that have matting issues. Only downside, at least with huskies, is a lot of it comes out “loose” versus clumped and captured in the wire brush. It's easy to clean off the fur as it fills up.

Shedding season is among us and this comb helps detangle long dog hair on my samoyed * child!

The brush is well constructed and feels sturdy while using it. The handle is soft and is contoured for a good grip.

The brush removes a lot of hair, so it obviously works, but it requires a lots of cleanup. The rakes have a sharpened hook edge, so some hairs are getting cut while this is used.

Cons

It simply seems to just pull my dogs hair out. Not even sharp enough to cut through a very soft piece of yarn! It's not even worth donating to charity.
