Pros

My cat is less than a year old, and keeps getting fluffier. Lol. I love the double side and how it's not pokey, so you're not accidentally stabbing the dog. It's like having a toothbrush in your hand.

The teeth cut mats as they are being combed, so it isn't often that i need to help any more. If matting is bad i do a little at a time but it always works.

Super good with de-shedding. I have a gsd and his undercoat has always been a struggle. This is really very good and acts more like an undercoat remover.

It is a good sturdy tool and i have no complaints. The handle is longer than our old one. A more comfortable grip. Overall it works but has a few flaws.

Cons

It's not sharp enough to cut through a very soft piece of yarn. It simply seems to just pull my dogs hair out. The blades on this come are full and don't cut anything.

Inexpensive, handy, and it pulls a lot of dead hair off of my dog.
