Pros:- the hangers themselves feel pretty sturdy.
It allows my wife to rotate her plant to obtain even light.
Our ceiling uses 5/8 wallboard and the provided hardware was obviously designed for 1/2" wallboard.
Cons:- included screws and wall anchors feel pretty cheap.

If you plan to hold a lot of weight with these you may want to supply your own hardware

Luckily i had a spare hanging toggle and longer bolt so i was able to use that
