Drip bottles don’t allow your rabbit to drink much at a time if you ever seen your rabbit yanking on the metal end it was probably out of frustration in trying to actually get a mouth full of water

That being said i feel the design has a flaw the bottom of the bowl is not a solid piece and the open area in between the bottom and the side walls traps fecesbedding within it and it is not very easy to clean
