Pros

Used for the guest bedroom, very comfortable and semi firm. He tells me it's very comfy and loves that it's not hard like my bed. No more complaint about sore achy backs.

Bought these for some kids bunk beds to be used without a boxspring. Daughter's loft bed need a relatively thin (less than 6) mattress and that is one of the few that worked fine.

No odor or stains. I think they will last & seem to be made very well. I’m thankful for companies still making products in usa.

Cons

This mattress leaves a large and dangerous gap between the headboard and footboard. There is a ripple in it and it's lopsided. These mattresses are very bulky once unwrapped and won’t fit in our cars to transport for donation.

Initially when we opened it seems very soft but eventually it expands and becomes slightly harder.

Customer service was excellent and very responsive to a shipping issue on arrival of the second mattress was delayed.

Packaging/appearance

Packaging is great and includes a very nice waterproof mattress cover that is noiseless.

Great experience just opening the package with very nice mattress protector like a gift.

Was looking for something better than the budget mattress, although nothing that would be considered a luxury product or brand.
