Pros

It is firm and warm/hot because its memory foam and it doesn't have snuggle factor. Good mix of softness and firm support. The pillow is a little firmer than i’d hope for but maybe it will soften up with use.

This is hands down the best pillow i have ever owned. Mlily is a luxury brand and the pillow came full size. Love this pillow.

A good side sleeper pillow is a must to alleviate these issues by evenly distributing weight and pressure across the head and neck. The cutout in the middle is perfect for side sleepers.

Our original pillow moulds perfectly to your shoulders/neck/head. The pillow provides the perfect amount of support and well worth the money. They have a removable zippered cover that is easy to wash.

Cons

After a few months, the pillow cover begins to pill. Using a pillowcase does not solve the problem. Size is decent but my neck was pulling giving back ache.

The case zips off to wash in the washing machine.

I've been sleeping on it for over a week now and the radiating pain is gone.

Price

I was needing chiropractic weekly if not more often @ $50 per visit out of pocket so skipping even 1 visit pays for the pillow.

Then i saw it on amazon for $30 and snagged it.

And at a cheaper price than what he had originally bought them for!

After exchange rate and all the fees, it cost me about $75 for one pillow.

Shipping

Delivery was very fast in great package.

Alas, the postal service wasn't kind to us and it arrived too late.

We had it shipped to canada and i had to pay shipping and duty so i’m not sure those would be refunded.

Packaging/appearance

The only thing is, i cannot find a pillow case to properly fit the pillow but i'm sure i haven't looked hard enough.
