Pros

The stand is very sturdy and well designed! It has interlocking parts in the pole that make it very sturdy. That's what we did and it worked out perfectly.

I have parrots who have their own room and their own tv, and they have a clumsy keeper (me) the design also seems to make the stand safer. It maneuvers well around the house. Maneuverability and sturdiness.

Instructions are very clear, and the parts are in clear plastic bags that are labelled! All of the hardware is heavy duty. Easy to assemble and very sturdy.

Cons

The first one was broken before delivery. It was then reordered and sent to us. Lets see if problem remedied. It separates the more you tighten it. If you loosen the bolts it falls either way.
