Pros
The airpods case fits very snug inside the case and in fact comes with a plastic tool to push it back out if you want to stop using it. Case is flexible and latch is difficult to open accidentally.
After the complaint. Product is great. I just have one suggestion that would make it better. This case solves both problems.
Initial impression is the case looks and feels well built. The material and case feel really good and sturdy. It is sturdy, durable, and has a perfect fit.
No adhesive is required to keep the airpods pro case inside. The case comes with a removal tool that i mistook at first for a stand. On first glance i thought the tool could very well be used as that as it fit and is pretty stable.
There is a small gap around the back where there is a button that enables re-pairing/resetting the airpods pro. This adds bulk to the original apple case so you may not want to pocket it this way if minimal volume is required. As a side note, using th... Read More
Cons
The clasp is cheap and the latch broke after the warranty expired. Don't protect your $250 headphones with this. Headphone case is not even half the way open.

Competitiveness
It included a caribiner clip and a removal tool so you can push your airpods out from the bottom.
I've ordered a few airpods cases and to date, these have been the best.
Others i’d tried would continually fall off the top 1/2 of airpod case.
- limited texturing for grip, although contours help and still substantially better than the airpod case.

I used metal putty to cover the bottom charging port since i only use a wireless charger which does help keep debris out but the seal on the lid isn’t tight enough also the lid will sometimes open on its own from time to time

Yes the lid is attached so it doesnt risk falling off or being lost but the left earpod is difficult to flip out with your thumb as the top of the case gets in the way
