I had a similar story in my safe some of my rifles and handguns would get rust in places and since i put in the dehumidifier there is none

The remington started separating at the plug area after only two charges

I had to take it apart and use highheat electrical tape to seal it up

It works great in small area cabinet closet plastic bins but do not think this will work in a room of any sort
