Despite our strangely shaped sofa very low arms the couch cover is soft and stays in place around the whole couch although not on the seat itself but im not sure anything would stay in place on a leather sofa with 4 kids clambering all over it

Much tugging and tucking and lining up seams its almost as if it were custom made for the sofa and loveseat

The only issue would be its fabric which is really thin

Its nicely opaque even on a dark sofa

The stretch makes it fit awkwardly shaped sofa cushions

However it wont fit well on sofas where the arms are the same height as the back
