It wraps right over left and offers lots of velcro to hold. The padded triangle that has on the inside makes the fit more comfortable.
This is very helpful when my back gets painful from stenosis. Because i can't see my ortho soon, i have an appointment at the walk-in clinic tonight. Helps alot thanks alot to this brand hope to see more products of their's.
