Pros

The allen screw comes with blue loctite on it and gives some resistance while tightening. It is a little challenging to get it snugged all the way with the provided allen wrench.

Metal replacement handle really improves the look in the shower. It's quality and the action is smooth. The moen lever has a slightly more modern, graceful shape.

Everything looks great and works perfectly. Absolutely satisfied with this purchase &so thankful.

Cons

The handle fools you into thinking you should pull up instead of out. The adapter i received is opposite from the one pictured in the illustration. As result, the handle is loose and wiggles once installed.

Ours is a pull and twist type of faucet and this works perfectly &is way better than the outdated cheap plastic head.

For a great price, i have a new, great-looking shower handle in my tub/shower!

I didn't want to pay full retail and bought the "used" to save money.

So this was a search for a cheaper price.

Locally hard to find and twice cost!

But it looks great and up dates the shower.

The danko replacement lever pictured comes with two adapters, one for posi-temp and one for moentrol.

Competitiveness

This one is great and a great price compared to the off brand replacement!

The moen lever has a slightly more modern, graceful shape.

For use on a moentrol you need to buy the adapter separately either from moen or from danko.
