That is actually the most fiddling part, lining up the screws with the holes inside the wall.

I retiled my shower, making the wall too thick for the valve stem and trim ring screws to reach.

Saved me a lot of money because i didn't have to call a plumber to push out/ resolder my pipes

$30 something dollars all said is a lot for what it is.

My only complaint is that the price on this seems high.

The price is absurd markup for what you’re getting though.

The piece arrived quickly and was rather easy to instal and made the faucet look and function much better with the extended clearance.

I thought the knob sticking out an extra 1/2" may look precarious, but it is fine.
