Pros

Moen products are great because they are serviceable. The moen cartridge also operates more smoothly than the generic cartridge. All replacemnts are geneiune moen brand oem.

The longer you let a finicky faucet go the tougher it will be to pull out the old one. Offset plyers and wonderbra to use as a pivot point allowed easy removal.

Cons

These valves are junk plastic and one would think that the greenies would be all over companies that make bad products. The warranty is more like a marketing gimmick. Moen customer service is terrible.

Plastic cartridge is a piece of chunk. Robber seals are in pieces, lubricant packet open and empty. Still leaked/bad cartridge.

This valve is made to tighter specifications a hair more of wiggle it leaks this one hasn't leaked in months of daily use.
