Pros

Well priced and shipping was fast. Much better quality and will last longer. No leaks. I'm sure i saved $150 on labor costs on a job a 12 yo with youtube could do.

This helps you understand what steps you'll need to take, and how parts should be oriented during re-installation. Great fit and easy installation.

Cons

If you ask the handyman to change the cartridge it would cost you more than $150-200. The warranty is more like a marketing gimmick.

It drips for a few minutes. It's awful, because should you bump it just a little you have cold water pouring down on you! Never had this problem with the delta brand.
