Difficult to get seated properly. Design is prone to leaking. Had to remove it and get another brand.

Parts are all solid chrome even the stopper.

I had a question and their automated system would only allow for a callback no sooner than three days.

These drains are great, especially for the price.

Recommend going to the moen site for install instructions, although very quick and simple.
