Simple to install and very attractive design. All metal and better quality than the plastic original equipment. Very well made, heavy duty, going to buy one for every sink in the house.

Bought cheap chinese one and rusted with in a week

The directions were not clear that thread seal tape is needed to attach the tail pipe to the drain to prevent leaks

When the sink tried to drain there was no where for the air to escape other than the drain holes which were blocked by the draining water

The pop up drain provides far more surface area to enable the air to escape as the water drains
