Pros

The switch operates smoothly. It's powerful and enjoyable. This is so much lighter and more flexible than previous models i've had.

The water pressure is sooooo much better. Gpm, it really makes a difference although it doesn't save as much water. Who needs more than that. One caution.

This showerhead provides excellent wide and narrow sprays, and the massage function works even with my relatively low pressure. Even with both heads on, the spray is pretty good. Fits existing spigot without issues replacing an older moen shower head.... Read More

Also called teflon tape, or plumber’s tape. Head rotates very easily from side to side, ceiling to floor.

The instructions specifically say not to use plumbers tape and to only hand tighten the fittings. The showerhead, the control setting dial, and the joint of the showerhead were locked up and wouldn't move. The hose and separate shower head are plastic... Read More

While this shower head looks good, it is disappointing. I understand this is a common issue with this product, so buyer beware.

Being made by moen, i feel like it's made solid and of very good quality.

Nicely finished and does provide more power.

Mine leaked and the only way it stopped leaking was with tru blu pipe dope.

Once we removed the metal screen from it and changed it with the washer that was in the cord, it stopped leaking!

Price

I really like the different settings, and the cost was very reasonable.

You'll love it for price and the quality.

I was leery about this product because the price was so cheap.

I returned (2) over priced waterpic shower heads.

Packaging/appearance

One minor caveat…please stop using clamshell packaging.

The moen is perfect for me, and saved me a lot of money as i was able to return the other brand.
