This is the best shower head combo that i have found. Superb shower head. Would buy again for my other bath except my wife wants oil rubbed black color.

Family loves the waterfall head and the handheld too. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing, but the durable construction also ensures longevity.
Cons
The mist setting creates a largely uncontrollable cloud of water droplets unless it’s sprayed from a distance of 3” prior to the mist being created. As with most of the new showerheads made in china, this product is all plastic and exudes cheapness.

Quality
Easy to install, feels great, good adjustability, magnetic hand-shower mount works well.
Easy to install with no leakage, quality is great and pressure is perfect.
I applied plumbers tape to the 3 connections and it doesn’t leak.
Never felt like my hair was completely rinsed out either.
Price
I was a little bit scared to spend so much money on a showerhead, but i am so glad i did.
Slightly more than i wanted to pay, but the price also gave me moen quality.
The price was a little expensive, it would be nice to get a discount if you buy others like it.
For the price it is winner--big time!
Packaging/appearance
Ordered in brushed nickle and it looks great in our shower!
The verso have gone into a box, and i now have 4 engage systems in our home.
Competitiveness
We bought a new house and replaced all three of the showers with the moen dual shower head.
5 gpm system flowed more water than the verso.
7 gpm “hand held only” competitor’s model (it came with the house) that i practically had to dance around in to get slightly wet.
I like moen, but had made the prior mistake to buy moen engage econ version (1.

While not the least expensive there is no change to plumbing required and the wand and head can be set for water to come out of both
