Pros
This nozzle has many different settings which is nice though i do have two complaints. I give my dog baths often and i would have appreciated 6 more to the hose, but i guess that's mostly my fault. The hose is very flexible.
Magnetic docking system is strong. Magnetic holder secures with ease. Brilliant magnetized design is so simple and effective.
Excellent shower head although it should be priced closer to $30 realistically. Durable and lightweight. It replaces one of a different brand, broken by a visitor.
Cons
The fittings are plastic and stripped when i was trying to tighten them.
Poor, poor poooor quality. Less than 6 months old and a major crack spraying water all over the wall and ceiling. One had obviously be used and returned as there was water droplets in the packaging and on the shower head.

However if you have a natural gas whole house instant water heater this unit may not have enough flow to keep the heater water flow generator producing sufficient current to keep the heater running

This is the second time i’ve bought this same moen shower head in the past five years and both times they did not provide the proper number of gaskets

Last time i had a slow leak for 5 years so when i again noticed one less gasket was missing i installed assuming maybe i was incorrect
